High Blood Pressure Chart

Blood pressure diary for print out?

Need a printable chart that isn’t loaded down with advertising.

My father in law is 91. His blood pressure is 157/57. How low is too low?

Is there some kind of chart that I can go by?

130 over 66 blood pressure?

http://www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/medicine/blood-pressure.htm
I’m looking at this chart and I don’t know how to interpret my numbers. I’ve averaged around these numbers. It seems my systolic is ‘high normal’ and my diastolic is ‘low normal’. What’s the deal?

I do excercise…jump rope, situps, and pushups…daily. I must say my eating habits have gone a bit sour lately ie I’m eating bad food, but I’m trying to change that. Please interpet my information and give me some semblance of what’s happening with my blood pressure and your reccomendations.

why don’t doctors say what your blood pressure reading is?

I went today and he wrote in my chart without telling me what it was. He just said I need to be on medication for it.

Is it actually possible that my friend’s blood pressure is 30/100?

When she told me I thought she was kidding or that the doctor read it wrong but she insists that it’s correct and now she’s drinking a lot of water to raise it (this actually does work). The part I don’t understand is how her systolic BP can be so low without her being dead. A chart I saw for blood pressure didn’t even go below that; it said that at 50 you’d be dead. Maybe I didn’t understand the chart or something. Anyway, answers are appreciated because this is really confusing me.

Blood Pressure– my bp was 158/108 today.. i saw my Dr and wife talking.. i peeked on the chart and saw it…?

is it very high? am i in trouble?

Could dehydration be the reason for blood pressure and heart rate reading all over the chart?

Hi there,

I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant, and after a few scary nights where I felt my heart rate skyrocket for apparently no reason, I ended up going to the hospital for some tests. They put me through every test there is, and no body had any answers for me. I came home from the hospital last night and tonight, yet again, my heart rate jumped to 130 when I was just laying down.

I got up, practiced deep breathing and began research on the internet. I found that some folks suggested water drinking for this problem and others potassium increase.

When I was at the hospital my blood pressure went from 131/90 to 94/49 and all points in between. Needless to say they didn’t give me any food or hydration the entire time I was there. But my blood pressure steadied at 113/70 when my husband gave me water.

So, about an hour ago, after reading this information on the internet, I ate a banana (high in potassium) and drank three bottles of water.

I can’t help but notice that I feel almost 100% better. Is it possible that dehydration is causing this rapid heart beat I’ve been experiencing? If so, why didn’t any of the doctors that saw me think of such a simple solution? It could have save me and my baby unnecessary CT scans and medicine….
Thanks for the sarcasm, but I was measuring my heart rate at home by counting my pulse for thirty seconds and multiplying by two. I was basing my blood pressure by what it was earlier the evening when I had a reading done with a blood pressure cuff. Also, at the hospital I had a clear view of my monitor, which was constantly reading my blood pressure via a cuff. And yes, they let me go home.
