Needing answers about high blood pressure at 34w4d preg..PLZ HELP?

i posted a similar article earlier. i am in the hospital at the moment and have been ok all day except for when my blood pressure was taken. mine never gets out of the range of 90/50-105/60. today i got my blood pressure checked and it was 126/61 which alarmed me so the nurse said she would wait an hour n come back and check it. then it was 136/73 this is a major difference for me. i am currently in the hospital on bedrest because my water broke on friday of last week and i was only 33w2d along and they said that i need to be here until i am 36 weeks or i go into labor on my own or if i get an infection. is the blood pressure something i should make sure the dr knows about because i dont believe the nurses have charted it. or is this not that big of a change in blood pressure and im worried fir nothing? they said they will not let the dr know until it reaches 160/something ..any ideas?

buffers in medicine question from mastering chemistry..please please help?

i have one question left and need help.
given information : Carbon dioxide (CO2) and bicarbonate (HCO3) concentrations in the bloodstream are physiologically controlled to keep blood pH constant at a normal value of 7.4.

Physicians use the following modified form of the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation to track changes in blood pH:

pH=Pka+log [HCO3-]/(0.03)(Pco2)

where HCO3 is given in millimoles/liter and the arterial blood partial pressure of CO2 is given in mmHg . The Pka of carbonic acid is 6.1. Hyperventilation causes a physiological state in which the concentration of CO2 in the bloodstream drops. The drop in the partial pressure of CO2 constricts arteries and reduces blood flow to the brain, causing dizziness or even fainting.

Question :
If the normal physiological concentration of HCO3 is 24 mM , what is the pH of blood if Pco2 drops to 23.0 mmHg?

thank you in advance!!

question about blood pressure….. please help!?

so im an active 15 year old boy. today i went to the doctor and they took my blood pressure and it was 89/40. i’ve been looking up these charts, and im kinda scared. one chart put that blood pressure right in between “dizzy/fainting” and “coma”. should i be worried?

Can someone please help me understand this blood pressure reading? ?

I was walking for around 20 minutes, just before I walked into the store to take my blood pressure. The reading was 130/57. I cannot find a single chart on the web that is able to correlate my systolic and diastolic blood pressures. What do you think, is this good?
I am also athletic.
I am 19 and I weigh 162 lbs. with 7% body fat. I jog 4 miles every day.

Help! My blood pressure was 134/95 and the dentist sent me to the MD. How bad is this?

I am a white 26 year old woman who went to the hygenist yesterday and my blood pressure was 134/95. They remarked to me and left it alone. I think chalking it up to fear. The commented that that was high for me though. Today I went back for a filling and it was still high, they sent me over to the clinic where they said I have to come in everyday and monitor my BP on a chart. How serious is this? I’m worried because if something happens to me I don’t know who will take car of my kids.
