Anyone know where I can download or print FREE charts to monitor blood sugar and High blood pressure?
There are lots of places to download charts, but they all want money and I am a bit short of that right now. Thanks for your help.
I want to thank you all for your helpful answers, especially penny B and Micks Mix. The open office one my security system on my computer, for some reason, did not like.
The booklet that comes with the tester is way too small and does not cover the blood pressure as well, but I thank you for the thought.
I chose Penny B as the best answer because her site gave me blood presure and blood sugar. Mickimix the blood sugar one is good and I am probably going to keep that as well. Sorry I cannot give you both the best answer.
i am 15 and i want to know if i have high blood pressure for my age?
i went to wal-mart and saw one of those machines in there that check your blood pressure and it said 140/80 and i looked at the chart to see what it meant and it said that the first number(140) was at stage one of hypertension but the second number(80) was normal. i am at a perfectly healthy weight 146 pounds and 5/10” and eat great so i’m not sure what it could be.

I am surprised this entire page never mention “celery” although I found this link through Yahoo search for “celery and high blood pressure”.
Recently, I had the same situation Jan described at the beginning of her blog and I found the mentions about celery in the Yahoo Answer.
I found exactly Jan said, that the 40 mg prescription does not work while the celery drinks appears gave very quick results. For several weeks, I though this may be the random variations of coincident. Today, I decide to take a written log on the celery effect:
celery drink: celery, banana, honey, lemon juice, sugar

This is a raw data, I need to do more measurements. Meanwhile, if some of you had good experiences, please share with us. It is very clear, home remedy approach is definitely better than doctor’s office. It may not be true for all the other home remedies, but, for this high blood pressure thing, this should not be ignored and should be make public to let all to know.
